A High-Performing Thin Film Solution

FEP Teflon™ S (fluorinated etheylene propylene copolymer) one coat systems are an excellent option when looking for a high-performing thin film solution. These coating systems are a combination of fluoropolymer with binder resin and are thermally set; they require a cure. This user-friendly coating line offers flexible cure schedules, as low as 320ᵒ F up to 650ᵒ F, while offering operational temperature ratings in the 300ᵒ F – 425ᵒ F range. The FEP one coats line is mainly solvent-based, with one powder option available. FDA-conforming options are available.
