COVID-19, March 24, 2020

Imagineering remains committed to the health and safety of our employees and is following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the World Health Organization to protect against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Consistent with the President’s guidelines, “If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule,” and the Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, “Workers necessary for the manufacturing of materials and products needed for medical supply chains, transportation, energy, communications, food and agriculture, chemical manufacturing, nuclear facilities, and the operation of dams, water and wastewater treatment, emergency service and defense industrial base,” Imagineering plans to remain open, with normal business hours, unless explicit instructions to the contrary are received from a government agency.

Imagineering will be prioritizing incoming critical infrastructure orders to best support those industries. If you are sending parts to Imagineering for any critical infrastructure, please be sure to inform us, as Imagineering in not always aware of the end use for all the parts we process. Additionally, if you have any metal finishing needs for critical infrastructure orders which have been disrupted by closures or capacity constraints elsewhere, Imagineering is adding capacity wherever possible to ensure these critical needs are met. A full list of our capabilities can be found on our website at https://iftworldwide.com/services/.

We will be keeping our website up to date as additional information in the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our business becomes available.
